John Martin implicated with his son George Martin in shooting William Rector "cold") has had a hearing and been ordered to return to you. The Asst Commissioner directs that he give Bonds to the Bureau in the sum of two thousand $2000.00/00 dollars to appear when called upon by any military authority to give evidence in the case Rector vs Martin. These bonds will be drawn up by you and filed in your office
