The Asst. Commissioner directs that you take up and report on your Bureau Rolls, and pay rent of from Bureau Funds. the building Corner of 12th and Marshall Streets from October 1st 1865 to February 28th 1866, inclusive at the rate of one Hundred and Twenty-Five Dollars per month ($125.00). Said building having few occupied as offices for Head Quarters Assistant Commissioner State of Va. and reported on the rolls of the Quartermasters Department to the 31st of January 1866.
