Dear Sir,
I observe an article in the issue of "The Free Southerner" of 13th instant, in which it is stated that "there is a man on Main Street in this city who is collecting discharges from returned soldiers under the pretence of getting their families." There is also a warning on the subject.
Will you please give me the name of the person to whom allusion is made with such other facts as you may ave in your possession relative to the matter?
