The overseers of the Poor of the Counties of Dinwiddie and Buckingham in your Dist. having signified their willingness to provide for colored paupers the same as white — the Asst. Commissioner directs that you turn over to them all the colored paupers in those Counties.
You will also ascertain if there are any others being supported by the Bureau in other counties and in your Dist. and who belong to the above, if so you will take steps to have them returned.
