I have the honor to call your attention to the fact that one of our clerks John McNeil, a loyal refugee is at his home sick with fever, as it is entirely out of his means to pay doctor's fees, at the rate of $3.00/100 per visit the amount charged him. I would most respectfully request that one of the Bureau Surgeons visit and prescribe for him if possible-
He lives on Main Street, Sidney - opposite Cottage Grove.
