March 21st, 1936

Dear Tom:

Many thanks for your letter of March 19th. There is of course no hurry on the lists which you are gathering for me and I am never so grateful for your efforts on my behalf.

Yes - I certainly would like to have the list of paintings, etc., owned by the Crocker family and also a list of Miss Harriet Levy's collection.

In the same category, have you a record of the French 19th Century painting owned by Mrs. William A. Clark? I know that she owns a Van Gogh, several very fine Cezanne's and a Manet but I do not know the subjects and I believe that the collection is considerably more extensive than this.

If you could help me out, it would of course be perfect. With renewed thanks and best wishes, as ever,

Yours sincerely,

(Robert M. Levy)
