Mr. Germain Seligman,
Jacques Seligmann & Co.,
5 East 57th Street,
New York 22, N.Y.

Dear Mr. Seligman:

Yesterday, I looked at the De la Fresnaye Cemetery in the collection of Mrs. Samuel Zacks. It is a very thin oil on paper. I even checked its condition reports when the picture was exhibited here and circulated through various American museums - and these, which involve the report of the conservation man, confirm the media.

Sincerely yours,
Jean S. Boggs
