Respectfully returned to the Asst Comr. with statements of Wm. Reid, Luke Johnson, and Wm Keelin. The delay was caused by endeavoring to find the parties, one of whom Wm. Keelin was the most disinterested, who could not be found at that time. I'm informed that Long was subject to fits at which times he was not to be relied upon for what he said.
