You are respectfully informed that return transportation will be given to all teachers employed under the protection of this Bureau.  Provision has already been made for those sent into the field by the American Missionary Association and the Freedmen's Union Commission.

For teachers not so provided for special application should be made and forwarded through the Assistant Commissioner for Virginia -
