States that Genl Miles wants Dr. Vogel now clk to Col. Lee at Alexandria, for Agent in North Carolina. Col Lee states that he will be glad to substitute for him some other man. The appointment has therefore been made, and Mr. Vogel ordered to report to Genl Miles and hopes that Genl Brown will not object.
