I respectfully forward herewith transportation orders nos. 806 to 822 inclusive, for transportation of Teachers, as requested by letter of Mr. J.H. Zelie, forwarded to this office, approved by your endorsement of date May 31st 1867.

The instructions contained in the communication of the 8th inst from this office, will govern the Asst. Commissioner in the issue of transportation upon the enclosed orders.
