General:
I respectfully forward herewith Transportation Orders Nos 784 to 793, inclusive. For transportation of Teachers, returning home, the same having been requested by letters of R.M. Manly, Supt. Ed. &c., forwarded to this office, approved by your endorsements of dates May 30th June 4th & June 5th 1867.

These orders are transmitted to the Asst. Commissioner, who will please cause the transportation to be issued, if satisfied that the persons are specifically employed as teachers; and have been serving in the field at least six months, and are returning to their homes. otherwise the orders will be returned to this office, for
