I do agree to furnish all material and build complete at Alexandria Va a building of the following dimentions.

Viz. eighty (80) Feet front, fourty four, (44) Feet back two (2) Storys high, each Story twelve (12) Feet high in the clear, each story to contain four (4) rooms, and Passage, all to be wainscoted with 4/4 Boards tounged and groved: three (3) feet high in Rooms and four feet high in Passage, the house to have fourty six (46) windows, eighteen lights (18) 10 x 12 Glass; a sufficient number of Doors to allow ingress and egress, to all the Rooms; one (1) front & one (1) rear outside door, with a neat suitable Poarch to each; say 8 Feet by 10 Feet the house to be covered with shingles: with the necessary gutters and conductors to cary off the water, the house to be plastered three Coats hard finish; all Dressed work except floors, to be Painted three (3) Coats, the principal front of the house to have dressed weatherboarding the remainder to be ruff, the building to be inclosed with a Ruff fence six (6) Feet high, with the necessary privys and sincks, the building to have a Brick foundation, nine (9) in wall
