of doors to be pannelled and of a suitable size, front and rear doors to be side and top light frames, with pannelled doors with front and back porches of a neat style 8 feet by 10 feet. The framing to be of Va. pine and the following sizes viz: sills 5 x 7, floor joists 2½ x 10, ceiling joists 3 x 6, rafters 3 x 8, studding corner, window and door posts 4 x 6, the remainder 3 x 4 scantling all Va. pine. The flooring 4/4 Va pine, the weatherboarding Va pine, 6 to 7 inches wide 5/8 inch thick, the principal front to be dressed, the balance to be rough and whitewashed. The roof to be covered with good cypress shingles and furnished with sufficient gutters and conductors to carry off the water. Brickwork foundation to be of brick 9 inch wall well ventilated, five feet high, two chimneys with a sufficient number of flues.
