That said lot with the [[Strikethrough]] two [[/Strikethrough]] house [[Strikethrough]]s[[/Strikethrough]]situated thereon has never been used by the Bureau for its own use, except for a very short time, but has been rented out by said Bureau, for school rooms, for the white children of the neighborhood. Your applicants sheweth [[further?]] that the house [[Strikethrough]]s[[/Strikethrough]][[Strikethrough]]are[[/Strikethrough]] is about to be vacated, the [[Strikethrough]]se[[/Strikethrough]] home [[Strikethrough]]s[[/Strikethrough]] and lot was the property of Nathaniel J Winder deceased and your applicants are his only heirs at law they enjoyed previous to the Bureau's taking possession of it all the rents and profits arising therefrom, and said right was never disputed, your applicants [[?]] [[?]] represent that Sara N Winder is a widow lady of extreme old age and dependent upon the rents
