General:

I respectfully forward herewith Transportation Orders, No. 2250, for transportation of Miss Isabella Skillman, Teacher, the same having been requested by letter of Miss Skillman, forwarded to this office, approved by your endorsement of date Aug. 30th 1867.  The request for transportation to return to the field, must be made by the Agent of the Association under whose auspices Miss S. is employed.
