Va. with the report that in my view the advantage on the whole to the freedmen in closing the Stations would fully equal the inconvenience - and that in my view there is no more reason for retaining a medical officer at that Station after the present time than there is for sending Med Officers to a hundred different localities in the Dist 0 where there are none.
