You are respectfully informed that Bvt Lieut Col J. M. Moore, Chief Quartermaster 1st Military District Richmond Va, has this day been directed to transfer to the proper officer of the Freedmens Bureau the following Government buildings at Camp Hamilton near Fort Monroe Va. at their assessed valuation, in compliance with your request of the 17th ultimo.

One Stable 72 x 25 containing 5600 feet lumber - $56.
One Quarters 135 x 25 containing 17000 feet lumber  $170.
One Paint Shop 135 x 25 containing 12000 feet lumber $120.
One Post Office 36 x 16 containing 6000 feet lumber $100.
One Carpenter Shop 30 x 40 containing 5500 feet lumber $55.
One building 12 x 36 containing 2500 feet lumber $25.
