The instructions of the Commissioner with regard to the discharge of employees are "that assitant" suspend from duty as such specified time as they may deem proper all employees whose services they desire to dispose with, and their action will be confirmed by the Commission upon a proper application specifying the date at which it is desired that the discharge should take effect"
Letters revoking the within appointments to date Novr 15th are herewith enclosed.
