Your letter of Oct. 24" 1867 transmitting duplicate vouchers receipted for "Retained Bounty" due Geo. Sewall and Fanny Williams is received. The amt. due Thomas Williams ($100.00) was paid his attorney, Wolf, [[strikethrough]] and [[/strikethrough]] Hart & Co. May 16" 1867. I therefore return his vouchers together with check No. 1116 on Nat. BK Republic to pay Geo. Sewall, brother of Peter Sewall dec'd.
