Genl. Commr to enclose herewith the discharge of Henry Weldon and Dempsey Elliot both formerly Srgts Co D 1st U.S.C.C. Their claims against the U.S. are allowed and the amounts in the hands of the Chief Dis. Off of this Bureau for remittance to them. The claims were forwarded by Capt. W.P.
