in fact, the title thereto is held for the security and payment of the debt due from said Minor to said decedent's estate, which, (principal and interest,) will leave said Minor no estate therein.  It will, therefore, operate a great hardship and injury thus to wrest from it the only security which it has for said debt.

The said land is assessed on the tax books of said County, at the sum of $15. per acre, and has been valued at that price by two disinterested neighbours and freeholders of said County, as will appear by Official evidence herewith filed.

Your petitioner, therefore, asks, that said property be restored to the benefit of said decedents estate, and be henceforth released from the consequences of said libel.
