General, I am directed by the Maj Genl Commr. &c to enclose herewith the discharge of Sammuel Sutton, late Pvt. Co I. 36 U.S.C.T. whose claim against the U.S. is allowed and the ammount ($220.00) in the hands of the C.D.O. of the Bureau, for remittance to claimant. The records of this office show the claim to have been forwarded by Maj Genl A. H. Terry, Asst Commr. Bur &c. Richmond, Va. and the Post-office address of claimant to be "Fort Monroe Va."
