The other members of the Committee, I think, have since left the Convention, but some of them were present. Mr. Owl, we weren't able to find you. Will we be able to get your signature on this? We will add your signature to this. 

Then Mrs. Peratrovich asked for questions, etc. Someone asked an inaudible question - something, apparently, about the Robert Marshall Fund. She said she was given only a very general statement regarding what that Fund would do, but thought that Mr. Garry could add something about it. Some discussion between Garry and Mrs. Peratrovich about it. Garry said he wasn't sure what the question was but that he would explain a bit about the various funds that come thru Arrow. He said the money from Robert Marshall Civil Liberties Trust was granted to [[strikethrough]] Arrow [[/strikethrough]] NCAI directly for all its operational work, based on certain provisions; i.e., that the money they give be matched with Indian money - money obtained thru Indian effort. Says this money has nothing to do with tax exemption, but that there are other funds contributed to NCAI [[strikethrough]] WHICH ARE TA [[/strikethrough]] which are tax-free, such as Schwarzhaupt, Field Foundation, and Hyde (this one no longer in existence). These funds are given to Arrow tax-free, to use for non-legislative purposes; in other words, cannot be used for operation of NCAI generally, because
