The second tract. Beginning on the Easterly side of Sharon Avenue at a point distant three hundred and forty four feet Eight inches and one half inch Northerly from the corner of the same and Irvington Avenue as the same are laid out on said map. 
Thence running Northerly along Sharon Avenue Twenty five feet thence Easterly at right angles to Sharon Avenue One hundred and forty seven feet to the rear line of lots fronting on Bruen Avenue. Thence running Southerly along said rear line Twenty five feet. Thence running Westerly at right angles to Sharon Avenue One hundred and forty seven feet four inches to the place of Beginning. Being lot No. 59 on said map.
Being the same land and premises conveyed to (the said) Morgan J. Baxter by Hugh Muller and Kate his wife by deed dated October 23, 1874 recorded in Book V.17 of Deeds for Essex County aforesaid on pages 585[[?]] and this conveyance is made expressly subject to the lien and effect of a certain mortgage upon the same premises given to secure the payment of fifteen hundred dollars with interest through which said mortgage and the bond accompanying the same the party hereto of the second part hereby agrees to pay off and satisfy the amount due thereon having been compacted as part of the consideration of this conveyance.
