Agt. 5th Sub. Dist. Va.
B.R.F.A.L.

Sir,
I have the honor to submit the affidavit of John W. Brown relative to a lot of land, situated in the town of Hampton, and held by B.R.F.A.L. as the property of Henry Wooding.

Thorough inquiry and investigation show conclusively that the Lot now recorded in this office as the property of Mr. Wooding, and the lot restored to M. Cunningham & R. Langly, are one and the same. It is therefore respectfully suggested that the, so called, "Woodring" Lot, be dropped from the Bureau records.

I am very respectfully,
Your Obt. Servant
