If he received $200.00 U.S. Bounty, while in the Service, it is all he is entitled to. His name appears on our list, as having $100.00 State Bounty retained under G.O. 90, Series 1864 Hd. Qrs., Dept Va. & N.C. If he has not received this amount, application should be made for it, to these Hd Qrs. By order of Bvt. Brig. Gen. O. Brown Asst. Comr Will. A. Coulter Bvt. Capt.
