The Asst Com'r directs him to state that by S.O. 15 par. I. P.S. from these Hd Qrs only one lot in the town of Hampton is restored to J. Peake. Two lots should appear now on land report in his name, whereas all have been dropped.
Asks for explanation.

By an error of the Officer who took up the property of J. Peake in the town of Hampton, three lots were entered on the records of the Bureau. Mr. Peake owns but one lot in the town of Hampton.
