Referring to letter of M. Geo. W. Young dated the 31st. ultimo informing me that the Asst. Com'r. had appropriated $2545 00/100 for educational purposes in this Sub. Dist. I have the honor to request that the following changes may be made Viz. that the $75.00 appropriated for rent of S.H. at Yorktown may be changed to repairs on S.H. at Yorktown. As the building is Bureau Property. That the appropriation of $100.00 to aid in erecting a S.H. at Franklin may be changed to aid in erecting a S.H. at Franktown and that the appropriation of $25.00 for rent of S.H. at Drummondtown may be changed to, for repairs on the same, for the same reason that the changes was asked for in S.H. in relation to the S.C. at Yorktown.
