the future create a reckless spirit among all classes; the best aid the cause of temperance can have is perfect social and political quiet, and, until such time, little improvement can be expected.

I take pleasure in reporting in the prospect of efficient work on the part of Bureau officers in the future, and nothing is needed but the means of doing their duty to insure excellent results from their efforts.
