Together with this a three year course of study and practice in teaching, will, it is believed, prepare for the Southern work a corps of educators whose preparation shall be complete as it is possible to make it.

The institution is permanent; the means above asked are to provide proper and complete opportunities of the kind above referred to, and will benefit succeeding classes, year after year, for an indefinite period of time.
