Loudoun County to wit

This day personally appeared before me Jas. M. Wallace a Justice of said county in the State of Virginia, John M. Orr who made oath in due form of law that the tract of land in the County of Loudoun, libelled & condemned in the District Court of the U.S. for the Eastern District of Virginia, as the land of Charles G. Giddings was originally the land of Charles F. Anderson, but was sold at public auction by Commissioners (of whom I was one) under decree of the Circuit Court of Loudoun on credit, the title to be retained until the whole purchase money was paid. At the said sale the said Giddings became the purchaser but the whole purchase money not having been paid, a [[strikethrough]] [[?]] [[/strikethrough]] part still being due & unpaid the [[strikethrough]] purchase [[/strikethrough]] title is still in the s'd Commissioners of sale - appointed under s'd Decree, but will be conveyed as soon as the whole purchase money is paid.
