I respectfully ask in behalf of Archibald J. Wrightman and Joseph M. S. Wrightman of the County of Loudoun in Virginia, the restoration of a certain tract or parcel of land situated in the said County of Loudoun, which has been libeled in the United States District Court for Virginia. The said Wrightmans each owning an undivided surety of the said tract of land. The libel suits against them in said District Court are numbered respectively "166" and [[strikethrough]] 189 [[/strikethrough]] "189" and each of them is described as "J. Whiteman," while their true names are as above set forth. I file herewith in pursuance of the requisitions of your office, 1st the certificate of the Clerk of the County Court of Loudoun showing that the title is in these parties, 2nd their amnesty oaths taken under President Johnson's
