Mr Morgan is dead, having previously transferred the administration, and about $300 in cash, to a Mr Henry Douglass, col;d. 

Mr D. tells me, that the amount in his hands was about exhausted in paying lawyers fees, advertising, &c., &c. He has promised to look up his papers. and let me examine them, by Wednesday next. I will then write to Mr Kennedy, to whose letter of the 16th ult., I enclose a reply.
