one house on the premises, occupied by one Mrs Ann M. Dixon.

These tenements have been upon the land of your petitioner ever since it was turned over in October 1866. It was never intended so far as your petitioner can learn, that the occupation of these houses should be other than temporary. Under the peculiar circumstances of this case, your petitioner asks that the Order of October 1st 1866 be extended so as to embrace the ground reserved in said Order, and further that the only remaining tenement on the premises, to wit that occupied by Mrs Dixon, be turned over to him and be deemed the property of the real owners of the land.

Respectfully
John R. Bryan
