General,
I have the honor to request transportation from Hampton, Va. to Howard Grove Hospital, Richmond Va. for "Maria" an insane indigent freedwoman, now an inmate of Hampton Hospital.

Also transportation from Hampton Va. to Richmond for James Banks an attendant to accompany her to Hospital. and for his return to Hampton.
