Respectfully requests transportation to Richmond from Hospital at Hampton Va, for George Jasper an insane inmate of Hampton Hospital. Also for Wm Browne an attendant to accompany Jasper to Richmond and return.

States that said Jasper is not a resident of the County in which Hampton Hospital is located - and believes D belongs to belong to the State of North Carolina.
