The two orphan asylums are in the same satisfactory condition as of the date of previous reports. -
Asylums for the insane
The single Asylum for the insane under the charge of the Bureau which is a ward in Howard Grove Hospital is in a better condition than at any previous time. The lately provided accommodations for this class of unfortunate are such as to render their condition as satisfactory as possible in a temporary asylum, and present condition and comfort of the inmates is believed to be such as to do credit the Bureau.
