The number of sick and wounded remaining under charge of medical offices of Dist Oct 31st was no 998. received during November No 2293. 
Total number under care during the month of November, No 3291. 
Discharged in November No 2045. 
Died November No 4. 
Total left November No 2119. 
Remaining under care Nov. 30th No 1112.
Percentage of deaths is 1000. No 22.
At the time of closing the Hospital at Hampton aDispensary eemed, for the present, a necessity, to prevent much suffering. A medical officer was also necessary. The Dispensary was Established medical office and a medical officer retained. 
There are now five Dispensais in operation viz;
1. Hampton, under charge A.A. Surg J.D. Harris USA, - also attending sick in location   
2.  Norfolk under charge A.A. Surg F. LessingUSA, - also attending sick in location   
3. Yorktown under charge A.A. Surg S. B Kenny USA, - also attending sick in location   
4. Lynchburg under charge A.A. Surg A.C.W. Young USA, - also attending sick in location   
5. Richmond under charge A.A. Surg D.R. Brown USA, - also attending sick in location   
In addition to the med officers named above A A Sup E. H. Smith is on duty (without any Dispensary charge)at Richmond and surroundings - among indigent freedmen in Quarters.
