At a Court of like session continued and held for the said county at the Courthouse on the 1st December 1868.
C.R. Cullin A Brown Oscar Washington and Eliza J Miller witnesses on behalf of the Commonwealth against Robert F Rice charged with felony cause into court and secondly acknowledged themselves the said C.R. Cullin, A Brown, Oscar Washington and Eliza J Miller to be indebted to the Commonwealth of Virginia in the sum of fifty dollars each of their respective goods and chattels lands and tenements to the Commonwealth rendered: Yet upon this condition that if the said C.R. Cullin A Brown Oscar Washington and Eliza J Miller shall personally appear here on Thursday next at ten oclock to give evidence on behalf of the Commonwealth against Robert F Rice charged with felony and do not depart there without the leave of the court then this recognizance to be void otherwise to remain in full force and virtue
