Lumpkin, William L. Lumpkin, Jos F Mallory, Jas W Vaughan, Jno Q. Terrell, August Eugel King, Saml M. Baker Jr., Jno L. Patterson, Jno W. Atkins, Jno. H. Buchanan, Thos. A Spicer, and Jno. T. Bowles were elected by Ballot.  Were sworn and charged a Jury for the trial of said Robert Dorwell upon the Indictment aforesaid.  And having fully heard the evidence of witnesses were charged by the court and adjourned until tomorrow morning nine oclock.

At a court of like Session continued and held for the said County at the Court House on the 3rd of December 1868.

Robert Dorwell charged with Felony was again set to the Bar in custody of the Jailor of this Court and the jury sworn in this cause, on yesterday appeared in court according to their adjournment, and having fully heard the arguments of counsel and instructions of the court upon their oaths in solemn form do say we the Jury find the prisoner not guilty."
