For this man to attempt to get his part of the crop by an action to be controled by Magestrates, he believes it would be useless.  Besides he informs me that he has no money to enable him to conduct a case in the Civil Courts

The statements made by Jackson Wells and his father to me in regard to the bad treatment complained of I accept readily as facts, because of their pious conduct.

I am also requested by him to ask you to inform him through me whether you will seek justice for him.
