1st His title to the land -

2nd His having been pardoned, or, being embraced in the Amnesty Proclamation of Sept. 7th 1867 of the Pres. U.S. of his having taken the Amnesty Oath required.

3d Of the libel of confiscation having been dismissed from the U.S. Dist. Court which can be done on application to the U.S. Dist Clk, and payment of the costs of the suit.

These papers being required by the orders governing the case before the property can be restored by the Bureau
