I have the honor to state that the estimated number of rations required for issue to Sick and Desti. freedmen and Loyal Refugees in this Sub District for the month of November 1868, was as follows.

For 1st Division - 30,000 Dry rations
For 1st Division 40,000 Soup rations
For 4th Div'n - 2,500 Dry rations
For Howards Grove Hosp'l 13 500 Dry rations
