Your Petitioner wants for these old people, clothing for him & wife, and provisions suitable for them as such as your Bureau gives.  And under the circumstances He wants and needs for his own family - both clothing and provisions - for he is needy and destitute & proper subjects for charity. All the family are Respectable people of valor - yet they "are" and have been unfortunate - they most assuredly require your aid, in the best and fastest manner the Bureau Laws will allow you and promptly - according to your direction and judgement as to the Articles and things furnished - N.B. Write him what you can do, and will do, and, where delivered.
