I have the honor to inform you that there is not on file in this Office a copy of either Circular No 3 or 7, Series 1866, from Head Quarters Asst Com, of Virginia, to which the attention of Officers and Agents of this Bureau is invited in your Circular Letter dated May 6th. 1868. I respectfully request that I be furnished with a coy of each of the above named Circulars.
