Take notice, that as the term of one year for which the tract of land and premises situated in Northumberland Co; and now occupied by you, were demised by me you, expires, on the 1st day of January 1869, and as I am desirous to have again & repossess the said premises, you are hereby required to remove from and leave the same-

Alfred Wildy you are hearby notifyed that you will be required to surrender the preises where on you now reside on the thirty first day of Decr 1868 as I want the Land to cultivate my self and hav not the land to spare.

Dear Sir, you can come & settle up if you choose, before the officer gets the attachment I now have, and I don't wish any more cross words, as your time is short you have to stay there I understand you and wife say you intend to continue the next year, I advise you to get another place soon as possible you will certainly have to move either by law powder & Ball or fire you will not think to stay the man will move in I have engaged
