Armstrong General S.C.
Superintendent,

General,
Your report dated September 10th of property under Sec. 12, late Bureau Act, was duly received.

Was the property reported in King Wm Co. as "Confederacy Rebel Hospital" on your Land Report, built by the so-called Confederate States Government?

If so how is it that you report no property in your Dist: as coming under the provisions of Sec. 12 of the late Bureau Act?

I am, General

General,
I am directed by the Asst. Comr to return your Land Report for August for correction — The errors have been marked in pencil — make corrections, or explanation, on the report and return it at once —

When corrections are made, full explanations should be given in the column of remarks. When property has not before been reported, it should be stated under the head of gained the date and source from whence the property was derived. Great care should be taken in making the report, all changes should be properly accounted for — thereby saving unnecessary delay and trouble.
