Lieut. F.P. Wodell was assigned the Co. of Amherst - Lt. W.F. De Knight was relieved as Asst. Supt. of Amherst Co. and assigned to Franklin Co. - Bvt: Col: Carse was assigned the counties of Alleghany and Bath -

You will at once send a report embracing these changes -

In making future reports of officers & enlisted men, you will give the counties in charge of each Asst. Supt. and the date and order under which they assumed the duty of Asst. Supt: over each county in their Sub. Dist. -
