Austin Captain W.P.
Superintendent

Captain,
In your report of Hospitals, to which rations were issued in the month of September, you do not report any government employees as having drawn rations during that month.

Dr. Lessing has two or three attendants, if rations were issued to those persons they should be reported on the same line as the Hospital to which they belong, under the 2nd class heading. You will please be careful in reporting the employees in future. Your attention is invited to "Circular Letter" dated 26th Sept. in regard to making separate returns on the C.S. for Hospital employees.

Yours Respflly
